Given my background in studying animals in captivity, I was interviewed for the BBC World News today on the ongoing investigating into the Tiger Temple.
This is a complex story because on the one hand there is the issue of keeping and breeding the tigers in the temple, and on the other there are the allegations of tigers potentially being trafficked. It's important to shed light on these issues and there are many parallels as well as differences with elephant body part trafficking.
