First day in the field
I'm delighted to be back in the field for a month. So keen, in fact I went for the first field day as soon as I arrived. I wanted a day to focus on male associations, so I headed out with field assistant Christin, research assistant Amy and intern Fleur. It couldn't have been a better trip because we saw a lone bull and then came across a group that totalled thirteen, including a collared bull.

We were able to collect lots of data and faecal samples. What a great first day in the bush!
